Jochen Kublik was born in Bottrop, Germany in 1962
in 1983 he attended Polytechnic for Design in Münster, Germany
and in 1988 he was awarded a scholarship by Aldegrever-foundation, Münster for a workingstay in Oslo, Norway then in 1990 he won a scholarship by Aldegrever-foundation for a workingstay on Lofot-islands, Norway
1990- recieved his diploma from Polytechnic for Design
1996 - established his own workshop for copper prints in Münster, Germany
2000 - head of the printing department at Polytechnic for Design, Münster, Germany
2009 - membership of the German Exlibris Association (DEG)
2015 - workshop at TEDA Museum, Tianjin, China

since 1988 Mr. Kublik has had several solo exhibitions in Germany and also The Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Belgium, Italy and China
