MISSION GALLERY fine art is located at 783 MAIN ST in CAMBRIA, CALIFORNIA our telephone number is 805.927.2655 (formerly Mission Gallery in San Juan Bautista, California)
It's always a good idea to call us first if you are traveling a long distance - we sometimes have to close the gallery to attend trade shows and travel.
At Mission Gallery we specialize in original works on paper by living artists. You'll find a wonderful selection of etchings, engravings, woodblock prints and lino-cuts, ceramics and textiles AND one of the finest collections of mezzotints in the world!
Our goal is to spread the word about printmaking and to support these artists while they're still with us. To that end, the gallery hosts several events each year - demonstrations by our artists, discussions about printmaking techniques and sometimes we even invite you to come and try out our press. Look for these happenings on our EVENTS page or sign up to get our e-mail newsletters.
Since opening Mission Gallery in 1999, we've kept true to our idea of a gallery being a warm, comfortable and inviting space. It's not our goal to sell you something you'll regret later - we want you to develop a connection with the artist, the technique and with us. This gallery has been the catalyst for many wonderful, lasting friendships and we're proud of the impact we've on artists and print collectors around the world.
We are located at 783 Main Street in Cambria’s West Village, which is about 4.5 hours south of San Francisco crossing over to the coast on Highway 46 West.
Traveling on Highway 101, take the Cambria exit in Paso Robles for Highway 46 West. This is really one of the most beautiful drives in California with several wineries to enjoy along the way. When you get to Highway 1 turn right – or North – and then take the second Cambria exit. A left at the stop sign will put you on Main Street in the WEST Village and you’ll find us on the right side of the road.
